(Just down the side street from Rustica Cafe, Brandy Melville & Glassons). This session will provide you with the chance to rest deeply and reset your nervous system with soothing sound.I will be playing a combination of my quartz crystal bowls, Peter Hess cosmic bowls, gong and chimes combined with some of my field recordings of birds and nature gathered from around Melbourne in a soothing soundscape relating to the heart space.The doors open at 2:50pm and will be locked at 3:10pm so you are welcome to arrive early to settle into your spot. You have the option to bring your own yoga mat, blanket and pillow and register at this ticket price or if you have been out shopping for the day and do not want to carry anything, I can bring you a mat, blanket, head pillow and eye pillow for an additional $15.
