We will have exclusive access to the estate for a divine evening of peaceful presence.As the birds settle for the night, you'll take a short walk up the driveway to the Mansion with your yoga mat, pillow and blanket.You’ll arrive in the ballroom and choose an Autumn essential oil to wear throughout your session adding another sensory element to the experience. You lie down, snuggled under a blanket, close your eyes and are immersed in deep resonant sounds of the quartz bowls, gongs, singing bowls and more. Expect warm, grounding tones that help you feel rooted, supported, and clear as you transition into the darker half of the year. The sounds are gentle and flowing, designed to lead you into a deep state of relaxation offering you a moment where your mind, body & spirit are aligned in the same place, at the same time, as one.A seasonal offering, time to slow down, attune to the natural world, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
