Friendship Circle Series – A 4-Week Journey of Connection & Self-Discovery

There’s so much information out there about romantic relationships, how to communicate, how to heal, how to love.
But what about our friendships?

As adults, forming and maintaining meaningful friendships can be one of the hardest, and most beautiful, parts of life.

That’s why we curated The Friendship Circle Series, a 4-week, therapist-led journey to help you understand yourself more deeply in friendship, explore your patterns of connection, and learn how to create the kind of relationships that truly nourish you.

Over four weeks, you’ll be guided through:

✨ Self-reflection & journaling
✨ Psycho-education
✨ Connection & trust-building activities

Week 1 — Foundations of Friendship
Understanding your values, needs, and attachment style in friendship.

Week 2 — Boundaries & Communication
How to express needs and navigate repair with care and confidence.

Week 3 — Letting Go & Making Space
Releasing old friendship wounds and reconnecting with self-compassion.

Week 4 — Cultivating New Connections
Building the confidence and openness to invite deeper, more authentic friendships into your life.
