WHAT TO EXPECT: As we shift from spring toward summer, carving out time to engage in restorative practices can provide clarity, energy, and support for the season ahead. Join Nicole Donovan and Sheree Asdot for a full day of self-care with a focus on renewal and change.

During this full day retreat, Sheree will discuss principles of energy through the lens of self-care, providing practical tools for self-regulation and personal growth. Nicole will be your guide with a reflective writing practice for deep listening and clarity. In the afternoon, Sheree and Nicole will facilitate a restorative meditation with crystal bowls and hands-on reiki, and end with a connected circle with optional sharing for integration and support.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga / exercise mat, blanket(s), pillow, and journal. Pack your lunch, snacks, and a water bottle.

About the Facilitators:
Nicole Hendrick Donovan is an author and educator, as well as a certified sound healer and vibrational therapist. She is the owner of Rose Ray Healing Arts and co-founder of Lotus & Rose Healing Therapies, a healing space located on Cape Cod in Sandwich, MA. Nicole is the author of, A Life Suspended: A Mother and Son’s Story of Autism, Extinction Bursts, and Living a Resilient Life. Nicole is passionate about reflective writing and ancestral healing through intentional practices. She offers classes and workshops, as well as private sessions.

Sheree Asdot is a Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Hypnotist, and embodiment coach. She has studied energy medicine for over 20 years. As an oracle for awakening the Sacred Feminine and teacher of Goddess Spirituality, her unique blend of energy medicine focuses on divine mothering and channeling the energy of the sacred feminine for deep, heart centered healing. Sheree is the co-founder of Lotus & Rose Healing Therapies, a collaborative healing center, with Nicole Hendrick Donovan.
