Join us for an inspiring and down-to-earth conversation with Linda Preston, author of Treasure Maps to Meditation: A Guide For Those Who Have Tried and Given Up and a CWC-Affiliated Practitioner. In this relaxed book talk, she will share the story behind the book, practical insights on finding calm and focus even when meditation feels impossible, and gentle ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life. You will receive a copy of the book by attending.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share reflections, and end the session with a short guided meditation led by Linda Preston — a peaceful way to connect and reset.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation, have struggled to maintain a practice, or simply want to feel more grounded, this session offers approachable guidance and heartfelt inspiration.
