Free Women’s Yoga Session – This Monday!

We’re excited to invite you to a free women’s yoga session this Monday 2nd June, 10–11am, lovingly funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Come and take a well-deserved hour just for you — to stretch, breathe, and reset with gentle, accessible yoga in a supportive space. No experience needed, just bring yourself (and maybe a friend!).

Stay afterwards for a cuppa and a snack — a chance to connect, relax, and enjoy some feel-good community time.
