?At kalma life our yoga sessions are fully inclusive, after discussion with the SEND community we have created a dedicated session for SEND children and their families. 

??Yoga for Kalma Minds. ??
We will be enjoying a relaxed session, in a warm and welcoming space. The 45 minutes will be at a pace comfortable for our group. We will enjoy songs, stretches, breathing exercises and relaxation time. 

‼️This is a one off event. Which we are going to make a regular session with your support.
