Prerequisites:Able to balance on one foot for 5 secondsAge 14 or olderWe will cover different aspects of riding comfortably and safely to prevent falls - including helmet fit, bicycle fit, a pre-ride check, getting on and off the bike, and more.Other things to bring:Helmet . We have a limited quantity to lend if you do not have a helmet already.Plenty of water, and a snack if desired.Please bring a functional bicycle if you have one (see local bike shops if maintenance/repairs need to be done). If you or your teen need to borrow one, please include their height information (e.g. 5 ft 1 in or 155 cm).We have a limited number of bikes available to rent for $35 for the class in the height range 4 ft 8 in - 6 ft 4 in (142.3 cm - 193 cm). Helmets will be available to borrow as well (sizes S - XL).You can also see local bike shops for renting a well-fitting bike.Parents/guardians do not need to be on site with their teens ages 14+.Please add a ticket for each participant (separate names). There is limited capacity. Please cancel your order if you are no longer able to make it so someone else interested can attend.Rental ticket cancellation policy: Please let us know at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance if you need to cancel.
