So many of us crave connection…
yet we’ve never been taught how to truly be present — with ourselves, each other, and what’s real.

This practice was born from lived experience. It helped me dissolve blocks I didn’t know were there — the ones shaping my voice, my emotions, and how safe I felt being myself.

As those layers softened:
My voice steadied.
My heart opened.
My presence became real.

It carried me through heartbreak and grief.
It taught me how to feel without collapsing…
and stay open without armoring.
