Grab a partner and join us on Saturday Nov. 21 at 8am.This is a team of 2 competition that will be same sex with one partner representing as “Rx” athlete, and the other partner representing as a “Scaled” athlete. There will be an Open division and a Masters Division (45+) **This is open to anyone and will include 4 workouts.Cost per team: $125 +fees (only one registration needed per team)REGISTER your team by 10/25 and receive a East Yard CrossFit Beanie.FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM @EASTYARDCROSSFIT and keep an eye out as we release the workouts!!Please use fair & proper judgment on what constitutes an “RX” and “Scaled” athlete. To help we’ve included some common standards for “RX”, Scaled”, & “Master’s” weights and movements. This is not an all inclusive list and does not necessarily mean these movements will be in the workouts. If the majority of this list falls within your ability, then that’s likely the category you fall into. Please note that you CAN change who is representing the “RX” and “Scaled” partner from workout to workout. Each shall be declared before the workout and you can’t switch mid-workout.**For Example: The workout is double unders, burpees, and air squats. If you can do 90% of the RX movements, but cannot perform double unders and your scaled partner can RX double unders (and do the other movements as prescribed) then you may switch who is RX and who is Scaled for that workout.RXClean and Jerk for reps (135/95)Snatch for reps (115/75)Thruster for reps (95/65)Deadlift for reps (225/155)Chest to Bar Pull UpsWall Balls (20/14)Box Jumps (24/20)Dumbbell Movements from past Opens (50/35)Toes To BarDouble UndersScaledClean and Jerk for reps (95/65)Snatch for reps (75/55)Thruster for reps (75/55)Deadlift for reps (185/125)Jumping Pull UpsWall Balls (14/10)Box Jumps or Step Ups (20/16)Dumbbell Movements from past Opens (35/20)Knee RaisesSingle UndersMasters 45+ RXClean and Jerk for reps (115/80)Snatch for reps (95/65)Thruster for reps (95/65)Deadlift for reps (185/125)Pull UpsWall Balls (20/14)Box Jumps or Step Ups (24/20)Dumbbell Movements from past Opens (50/35)Toes To BarDouble UndersMasters 45+ ScaledClean and Jerk for reps (95/65)Snatch for reps (65/45)Thruster for reps (65/45)Deadlift for reps (155/105)Jumping Pull UpsWall Balls (14/10)Box Jumps or Step Ups (20/16)Dumbbell Movements from past Opens (35/20)Ab Mat Sit UpsSingle Unders - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/south-portland/feast-yard-26-crossfit-comp/100002003180030395 - **Event Categories**: fitness, Contests - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 - **Event Highlights**: - Duration: 7 hours - Location: East Yard Crossfit - Languages: English ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 135.23, max: 135.23, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: South Portland - **state**: ME - **country**: United States - **location**: East Yard Crossfit - **lat**: 43.6286929 - **long**: -70.3288431 - **full address**: East Yard Crossfit, 125 John Roberts Road, South Portland, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events3/banners/c16054f992902601d2026791e206138bbf54b1eac67bc216c24dbd73097e3703-rimg-w642-h507-dce8d8c8-gmir.jpg?v=1791538272 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp being held? - **A:** FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp takes place on Sat, 21 Nov, 2026 at 08:00 am to Sat, 21 Nov, 2026 at 03:00 pm at East Yard Crossfit, 125 John Roberts Road, South Portland, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp? - **A:** FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp is organized by East Yard CrossFit. ## Structured Data (JSON-LD) ```json [ { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@type": "Event", "name": "FEAST YARD '26 CrossFit Comp", "image": "https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events3/banners/c16054f992902601d2026791e206138bbf54b1eac67bc216c24dbd73097e3703-rimg-w642-h507-dce8d8c8-gmir.jpg?v=1791538272", "startDate": "2026-11-21T08:00:00-05:00", "endDate": "2026-11-21T15:00:00-05:00", "url": "https://allevents.in/south-portland/feast-yard-26-crossfit-comp/100002003180030395", "eventStatus": "https://schema.org/EventScheduled", "location": { "@type": "Place", "name": "East Yard Crossfit", "address": { "@type": "PostalAddress", "streetAddress": "125 John Roberts Road", "postalCode": "04106", "addressLocality": "South Portland", "addressRegion": "ME", "addressCountry": "US" }, "geo": { "@type": "GeoCoordinates", "latitude": "43.6286929", "longitude": "-70.3288431" } }, "eventAttendanceMode": "https://schema.org/OfflineEventAttendanceMode", "description": "A Doubles Competition for Everyone!
