Before we meditate we will look ot diagrams of the Spine and the Chakras, which you'll take home. We'll talk about the Chakras and thier correlations to the vertebrae and how that ties to your nervous systems, endocrine system, and organs.From there we will practice sensing our Aura that extends past our physical body. You will walk away from this feeling more grounded, contained, and with a better sense of what is your energy and what is another person's or group of people's energy.In this time when there are endless changes to humanity, the planet, society at large, it is of importance for us to take care of ourselves to adapt and engage best with these changes. They are energetic changes in essence, and we need to become more aware of our energetic systems that are felt in our bodies. This includes experiencing the Polar Opposites of our bodies (for example the head and the feet are opposites), as well as our emotional and mental states(think happiness and sadness, joy and frustration.)Energetic protection means that we become more tuned into our truth and our intuition. We feel grounded and there is flow of our subtle energies. Learning to become aware of our chakras and our aura are tools to drop deeper into our body and receive its messages.
