RE-IGNITE YOUR PURPOSE THROUGH SELF-CARE

This workshop is designed to help attendees prioritize their well-being as a tool for personal growth and empowerment. This interactive session will explore the connection between self-care and living a purposeful life, and some common barriers to self-care and how to overcome them. Attendees will also develop a guided self-care action plan to help them implement meaningful habits. Presented by licensed esthetician and permanent makeup artist Letrice Green of LetriceSkinBeauty spa in Dunellen.
