Students will learn buttercream icing basics as they create conversation heart minis, just in time for Valentine’s Day! Students will take home two 5-inch mini cakes, iced and decorated by YOU in fresh buttercream frosting.

This class is open to all skill levels.

-Creating a Standard Icing Layer
-Loading and Filling a Piping Bag
-Piping Tips and Tricks for Lettering and Borders

INSTRUCTOR

Kristy Campbell grew up in Chattanooga, TN, but has been a resident of Marion County since the 90’s.  She managed bakeries for Publix for nearly 10 years and now owns her own bakery, Sugar & Silk, where you can order custom desserts perfect for any occasion.

MATERIALS
Materials are provided for in-class use.

STUDENTS
This class is designed for beginners as well as anyone looking to advance their decorating skills.   You must be 8 or older to attend this class, and you must be 14 or older to attend without being accompanied by an adult. Any adult chaperoning a class does not need to purchase a ticket if not participating in  the class.
