But when the firm hit the skids, Mel gets the ax. His wife Edna takes a job to tide them over, but she too is sacked. Thanks to the air pollution killing his plants, and the paper-thin apartment walls allowing him a constant earful of his neighbors’ private lives, Mel's life can’t seem to get any worse. Then he’s robbed, and his psychiatrist dies with $23,000 of his money. Mel does the only thing left for him to do: He has a nervous breakdown – and it’s the best thing that ever happened to him. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/south-padre-island/the-prisoner-of-second-avenue-by-neil-simon/100001636960485879 - **Event Categories**: comedy - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 1 ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 17.85, max: 33.85, currency: USD ## Event venue details - **city**: South Padre Island - **state**: TX - **country**: United States - **location**: South Padre Island Convention Centre - **lat**: 26.141046 - **long**: -97.17512799999997 - **full address**: South Padre Island Convention Centre, 7355 Padre Boulevard, South Padre Island, United States ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events7/banners/0825d5465ef4e2d3d3b31f9d14e1b90a9e443979b81211195a5f129a53710b58-rimg-w1200-h1200-dcd8dad8-gmir.jpg?v=1757251163 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon being held? - **A:** The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon takes place on Fri, 31 Oct, 2025 at 07:30 pm to Fri, 31 Oct, 2025 at 09:30 pm at South Padre Island Convention Centre, 7355 Padre Boulevard, South Padre Island, United States. - **Q**: Who is organizing The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon? - **A:** The Prisoner of Second Avenue by Neil Simon is organized by El Paseo Arts Foundation. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
