For as long as we have been in relationship with the sun, we have marked its turning through gathering, ritual and tradition. At Winter Solstice, we meet a time of silence and depth where life slows its pace to meet the dark, and nature gathers beneath the surface. Across cultures and generations, this fertile phase has been honoured as a time of essential restoration and quiet renewal.

Join us as we will gather beachside on Jervis Bay to honour the marrow of the season through movement, meditation and sound.

This lush 3-hour practice includes:

• Restorative yoga and breathwork
• Guided Water element meditation journey
• Immersive live sound experience
• Mead and winter sweets
• Winter wreath weaving ritual
