I would love to invite you to join me for our first Hummingbird Sonic Meditation this Friday in Huskisson… designed to nourish body, mind and spirit.

This session is an intro to Vocal Resonance and Body Harmonics, as a personal sound tune up for your body instrument and Biofield, or chakra system. Finishing with a Sonic medicine journey for you to lie down and receive, melting into deep relaxation, connection and sonic nourishment. 

The sound journey weaves the medicine of Crystal Bowls, medicine drum, percussive & vocal textures through freeplay.

This is a little taster into the six week course that starts next term that will take us on a journey through the sound system and sensitivity of our body.

In the 6 week course we’ll explore the art of body harmonics—using sound, song, and vibration to tune the biofield, regulate the nervous system, and awaken deep resonance. (6 Wk course $20/wk)

Friday evening will be luscious for body mind and spirit, I am so looking forward to weaving sound with ya’ll… with the whales, dolphins, the waters, and with Country.

Bring: 

Mat/blankets, pillows to sit on (seated meditation) warm things for the sound bath. Cuppa, if you want to, for the brief intro.
