The class will be a gentle one, suitable for all with basic fitness and able to get on the floor. Whether you are new to yoga, or experienced, you will find this a rich experience of stretch, rest and rediscovering calm.
90-minute session with full and attentive guidance where needed/wanted. You are invited to stay and enjoy a vegan souper soup together (or bring a tupperware to take away).

No need to bring a mat or equipment, or buy any new yoga clothes. Loose layers and an elasticated waist.
