Designed to celebrate the joy of cooking and eating together, this interactive day invites you to slow down, savour the season, and cook delicious, colourful dishes using produce from Philippa’s East Sussex farm kitchen garden and local Devon suppliers.

From vibrant sweet creations to hearty savoury favourites, you’ll learn how to bring out the best in every ingredient and using the ESSE cookers themselves. Whether it's stacked crepes straight on the hotplate, moisture-rich baking, or the satisfying sweetness of a Crown Prince squash with flatbreads to share, this is cooking at its most joyful.
