In this 90-minute workshop, restorative yoga and foot reflexology come together to create a deeply nurturing experience for body and nervous system. Through supported yoga poses, mindful breathing, and gentle foot reflexology techniques, you’ll be invited to release tension, settle your mind, and experience the benefits of intentional touch and stillness. 

The gifts of reflexology not only include the feeling of walking on pillows, it can also ease pain and stiffness in your body including your back, hips, shoulders and neck.  Reflexology can relieve migraines and headaches as well as support your hormones and your body's chemistry.  It often promotes deep, restful sleep and takes you to a heighten level of relaxation and trust that all is well in my day. 

You’ll begin with a restorative yoga practice designed to encourage relaxation and ease, using props to comfortably support the body. Throughout the session while you are resting in poses, Susan will perform gentle reflexology techniques on your feet helping you melt further into the poses,  your body and bliss.

No previous yoga or reflexology experience is necessary. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and be ready to slow down.
