Join Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care for the Wild Winter Festival, a family-friendly holiday celebration that supports the injured and orphaned wildlife in our care. Enjoy a full day of seasonal activities, hands-on fun, and opportunities to give back. All proceeds help provide food, medicine, and rehabilitation for our wildlife patients.
Event Highlights
Guests can enjoy a full day of seasonal activities, beginning with winter-themed games designed for all ages to test their skills and try to beat the challenges. Families can gather for Reading With Santa and take part in our hands-on craft stations, where children can create their own ornaments and other holiday projects to bring home. Seasonal beverages, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, will be offered throughout the event, along with fresh holiday greenery such as wreaths and garlands while supplies last.
Sombreros will be onsite serving food, with 15 percent of all purchases directly supporting LTWC’s wildlife care efforts. Guests can also enjoy Wildlife Talks presented by our team, and, weather permitting, participate in outdoor winter competitions. The festival is open to all ages and offers something for the whole family to enjoy!
