The session provides an opportunity for community input to inform statewide planning.Human Systems in Practice: Relational Leadership for Thriving Workforces and CommunitiesThis interactive workshop explores how relationships influence trust, belonging, participation, workforce well-being, and community health. Participants will engage in reflection, dialogue, and practical exercises designed to strengthen relational leadership and healthier organizational cultures.Making a Resilient Rhode IslandRIDEM's Resilience Team will highlight statewide efforts to strengthen climate and environmental resilience through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and targeted investments supporting both municipal and regional resilience initiatives.Meeting People Where They Are: Mobile Medic*tion Treatment in Rhode IslandCODAC Behavioral Health will demonstrate how mobile medical services reduce barriers to care, expand treatment for substance use disorder, and connect individuals with broader medical and social supports while building trust within communities.Storytelling for Collective Impact and AdvocacyParticipants will develop practical storytelling skills that elevate lived experience, strengthen community voice, and support advocacy efforts by communicating experiences that inform decision-making and inspire collective action.Wake Up and Fight Back!
