After the huge success of our last 3-Lift Charity Comp, and the constant requests for another one... we listened!

You asked. We delivered. �

Our RFDS 3-Lift Charity Comp is officially coming back on Saturday 29th August 2026, raising funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service WA... an organisation that plays such an important role in supporting remote and regional communities like ours.

We’re also very excited and grateful to announce Snap-on Tools Kalgoorlie as our major sponsor for this event. Thank you for getting behind such a great cause and supporting our local fitness community.

This comp is all about the big three:

� Squat
� Bench Press
� Deadlift

Whether you’re chasing a PB, testing yourself for the first time, or just want to get involved for a fantastic cause, this event is for you. You do not need to be an experienced lifter to take part.

We’re also planning technique sessions with PT Josh to help lifters build confidence, improve their form, and optimise their lifts leading into comp day.

We’d love to see other gyms, lifters, and supporters from across Kalgoorlie get behind this one. This is a huge opportunity for our fitness community to come together, have some fun, and raise money for an incredible service that does so much for the regions.

There’ll be spot prizes, supps, good vibes, and plenty happening on the day.

So start training, get your plans in place, and lock the date in.
