The SAH Method (Somatic Activated Healing) is a body-based practice that uses somatic movement, rhythmic breath, dynamic meditation, soulful mantras and liberating dance to gently awaken your emotional landscape — at your own pace, with deep compassion.

You don’t need to have it all together.
