Join Cherie for a soothing 1 hour long meditation & sound bath in the hammock’s at Evolve Wellness!!

We will start with a short meditation to get you settled in, then a full sound emersion from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, bells, chimes, drums, rattles and much more. All while relaxing in a hammock!
