Event Overview:
Unwind and rejuvenate in sheer bliss. Experience a peaceful guided meditation, and soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and Native American flute.
Join us for an immersive journey designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
Event takes place in a Silk Hammock suspended from the ceiling, the pinnacle of relaxation!
What to Expect:
• A few minutes of Gentle Yoga stretches, allowing you to connect with your breath and set a peaceful tone for the practice.
• Guided Meditation and Intention Setting: Transition into a reclined position suspended in a silk hammock for a guided meditation that encourages mindfulness and clarity. We will
also, take a moment to set personal intentions.
• Immersive Sound Bath: Experience deep relaxation as you are enveloped in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, nature sounds, and the melodic tones of the Native American flute, wrapped in the comfort of a silk hammock.
What to Bring:
• Wear comfortable clothing.
• Feel free to bring your favorite pillow and a cozy blanket to enhance your comfort during the sound bath.
•Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and optional eye coverings will be provided.
