Clinical Pilates at Mindful Movement involves a Physiotherapist providing exercises that are tailored to the individual, using a fully equipped boutique Pilates studio. This expert approach can help you rehabilitate pain and dysfunction associated with an injury or long-term condition affecting your neck, middle back or lower back.

After an initial 1:1 Physiotherapy assessment with Seamus Barker PhD, you can join our small-group neck/back pain Clinical Pilates class. With a maximum of 3 people per class, you get all the benefits of individualised Physiotherapy rehabilitation, at a much better value price ($49.50/class) and in a fun, supportive environment! Private health rebates are available.
