Join pelvic floor therapist Dara for a free, welcoming workshop that offers a calm, approachable look at pelvic health through pregnancy and postpartum—rooted in breath, mindful movement, and long-term well-being.

In this workshop, we’ll explore:
• What the pelvic floor is and how it supports breath, posture, core strength, and everyday movement
• What pelvic floor therapy actually looks like and who it can help
• Common experiences like leaking, pelvic pressure, pain, abdominal weakness, and returning to movement
• Gentle, practical ways to support pelvic health through breathing, movement awareness, and daily habits
