Clarence Valley sports clubs, local families, and outdoor enthusiasts—it’s time to gather 'round the fire! Join us on the stunning, private banks of the mighty Nymboida River for a free community day of outdoor skills, great food, and relaxation.

THE DETAILS 
* Date: Saturday 15 August 2026.
* Location: Exodus Adventures Riverfront Property, Buccarumbi NSW 2460.
* Cost: FREE! (Registration is mandatory for catering).
* Ages: Open to everyone! (Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).

TIMELINE 
* 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Campfire Cooking Masterclass & Lunch
Learn fire-making skills, swing authentic billy tea, bake traditional damper, and cook your own campfire pizzas.
* 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Afternoon Downtime
Set up your camp, relax by the river, and explore our 6km of private river frontage.
* 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM | The Big Bonfire Gathering
Unwind, share stories, and yarn under the stars by a roaring riverfront bonfire.
* Overnight Stay: Free camping is available on-site! (Drop toilets provided, no showers)

WHAT TO BRING 
* Food & Drink: Your favourite pizza toppings, Saturday night dinner, and all drinking water.
* Gear: Camp chairs, a reliable torch, sturdy enclosed shoes, and warm winter layers.
* Campers: Full camp setup, Sunday breakfast/meals, and rubbish bags to pack out your waste. Leave No Trace.

IMPORTANT RULES 
* No Fishing: A strict fishing ban is in place on the Nymboida River to protect endangered species. No fishing gear is allowed near the water or on our Exodus Property.
* Safety First: Children are not permitted to play with fire. Adults must strictly supervise children around the campfires and the river (no staff swimming supervision provided).
