About the event

Meditation in the Park

This is a chance for the community to come together for a morning of meditation in the beautiful Pottsville Environmental Park. The concept for this month's event will be the felt sense. We will spend some time hanging out with and nourishing our nervous systems. Most of the meditations are guide, but allowing for some silence. We will have morning tea together, providing a chance for our community connection to grow.
