Find inner peace with gentle yoga!

Join instructor Kit Ontko for a gentle yoga class focused on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Kit will guide you through gentle movements and offer modifications so you can feel comfortable while improving your practice. No advanced poses here! Just a relaxing and cozy vibe perfect for winding down at the end of your week. Bring your own mat or rent one for $5.
