This free, guided tour is open to all residents and non-residents and is perfect for gardeners, families, nature lovers, and anyone curious about our community growing spaces.

Led by the Recreation Supervisor and our Volunteer Garden Managers, participants will explore each garden, learn about unique features, hear stories from community gardeners, and enjoy a relaxed, educational experience. Participants are welcome to join the full tour or drop in at the garden(s) that interest them most.

Tour Schedule — Saturday, June 27 10:00am-1:00pm
(Approximate times; participants are encouraged to start at the beginning but may join at any stop.)

The tour begins at Quarry Park Community Garden and continues through each garden, ending with an optional lunch break and workshop at Koverman.

First Stop:
Quarry Park Community Garden

Second Stop:
Victory Park Community Garden
1370 Victory Drive
10:30–10:50 AM

Third Stop:
Victory Friendship Garden
1427 Victory Drive
11:00–11:20 AM

Fourth Stop:
Bexley Park Community Garden

11:30–11:50 AM

Fifth Stop:
Warrendale Road Community Garden

12:00–12:20 PM

Final Stop + Lunch:
Howard Koverman Community Garden
4069 Colony Road
12:30–1:00 PM

Participants may enjoy their packed lunch at this final stop before the optional workshop begins.

Optional Add-On: Butterfly & Pollinator Garden Workshop
Stay after the tour for a hands-on workshop led by a naturalist at the Koverman Butterfly Garden. Learn about butterflies, bees, and how pollinator-friendly gardens support a thriving ecosystem.

- Water bottle (extra water will be provided)
