Join us at Cross Kicks Fitness South Elgin for a FREE kickoff event for our upcoming Youth Athlete Summer Camp! This is the perfect opportunity for athletes ages 13-17 and parents to meet the coaches, tour the gym, and try out a fun, high-energy workout before the 8-week program begins.

Our 8-week camp runs Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1PM - 2PM and is designed to help young athletes:

✅ Improve speed, agility & quickness
✅ Build confidence & athleticism
✅ Learn proper lifting form & technique
✅ Understand coaching cues and movement mechanics
✅ Safely learn the fundamentals of strength training
✅ Prepare for high school and college weight rooms

Many young athletes enter high school sports without ever being taught how to properly lift weights. This program helps build that foundation early so athletes can train safely, effectively, and confidently on their own as they grow in sports and life.

Whether your athlete currently plays sports or simply wants to stay active this summer, this program is built to help them move better, get stronger, and have fun while doing it. ?
