TCS Sisterhood is delighted to welcome Ellen Rovner, a culinary anthropologist and expert on the history of the Jewish community in Chelsea, Massachusetts, for an exciting talk on the history of the Jewish deli and a showing of her brief documentary, Chelsea, the Jewish Years.  Her talk will be followed by a pickle tasting!
