The Leopard Mind welcomes every hue of the rainbow on the mat!Parking: There is free on the road parking a short walk from the studio.What do I need to bring to the session?A yoga or sports mat to lie on, blankets & cushions for your head/back of the knees to make you as comfy as possible. Some water or your preferred still drink for after.If you don’t have a mat, please let me know as I have a few and can provide one for you.What do I wear?Come as you are in your most comfy get up! You want to feel as you as possible so you can soften into your time on the mat. You will be lying down for the majority of our time together so cosy & comfy is always good!Will there be any movement during the session?Short answer, no! You will be welcomed into a soft stretch and wiggle of the fingers and toes at the end of your sound journey but there is no active movement in the session.
