This class teaches interoception, mindfulness and nervous system regulations skills that can be taken into daily life for those wishing to integrate trauma and manage challenging experiences or environments.

❗️To avoid disturbing the class, late entry is not permitted. Please arrive with enough time to be settled on your mat by the class start time

This class is for those who want:
??‍♀️ to optimise mental, emotional and physical wellbeing
??‍♀️ tools to help manage mental health or challenging experiences on a daily basis
??‍♀️ to learn how to regulate their nervous system
??‍♀️ to practice mindfulness
??‍♀️ improved energy, mental clarity, posture or emotional balance
??‍♀️ release of self-defeating thought patterns and actions or chronic pain and tension

? Open to all genders
? Suitable for all fitness and flexibility levels
? You don't need any prior yoga experience to attend
? You do not need to have specific problem or a physical injury to benefit however if you do it's typically recommended not to participate within 3-6 months of hip or knee replacement. Please consult your doctor for advice and contact me if you'd like to discuss anything in advance.
? Equipment is provided or you are welcome to bring your own

Before class:
? Drink plenty of water throughout the day
? Avoid eating a large meal within 1-2 hours of class
? Wear clothing that you can comfortably and freely move and breathe in
