During this session you’ll be guided through breath awareness, body relaxation and visualisation to help calm the nervous system, release stress and restore balance. No experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.

Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, emotionally drained or simply in need of a moment to slow down and reconnect.

Please bring anything you need to feel cosy and supported such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow and water. ?
