Join us for a special evening of deep rest and gentle healing.
This evening coincides with the Blue Moon — the second full moon in May. The full moon is a powerful time for release, and what better night to let go of what no longer serves your highest good.

The evening begins with a guided Yoga Nidra session led by Jasmine. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice — sometimes called yogic sleep — that guides you into a state between waking and sleep. In this state, the body and mind can fully let go, while your awareness remains gently present. Jasmine is a Yoga Nidra practitioner who has been running sessions in Exmouth and has recently returned home to Bunbury.

Following Yoga Nidra, each person will receive hands-on Reiki with Emma, a Reiki Master in the traditional Usui lineage. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body to relax deeply and restore its natural balance. Emma will move through the room, spending time with each person to offer hands-on Reiki healing, before we close the circle and bring the evening to an end.

The intention for this evening is simple — relax and release.

	•	Eye mask if you have one
	•	Water
