- **Event Description**: The class begins with some simple gentle yoga stretching, priming your body-mind for a short shamanic breathwork journey followed by a period of rest & integration.

Shamanic Breathwork is an experiential tool using a specific breathing technique and chakra attuned music to help people access their inner healer and instigate their personal process of transformation. It can assist one to reach states of consciousness enabling experiences otherwise inaccessible in our usual waking state effecting lasting change.

It is not recommended for those with the following conditions: certain types of cardio-vascular issues, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, severe psychosomatic, mental health and emotional problems or other physical limitations. Please consult your physician for advice and contact me if you'd like to discuss anything in advance.
