- **Event Description**: Join us for Tuning Into Teens, a 6 week program designed for families with children aged 10 and above. This program helps parents and carers develop practical emotion coaching skills to better understand and support their teens through big emotions.

Each week, enjoy 2.5 hours of engaging, hands-on learning, where you’ll gain strategies to connect, communicate, and build stronger family relationships.

Learn skills to support your teenager through the ups and downs of life. Learn how to:

?Communicate with your teen more effectively

?Help your teen develop coping skills and resilience

?Emotion coach your teen through difficult emotions

?Understand why your teen behaves as they do

Tuesday 24th February, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st March 2026. Held at Yalloo Dallyellup.

Attendance at all 6 sessions is required as each week builds on information covered the previous week.

FREE to attend. A light evening meal will be provided at each session. This program is funded by Parenting Connection WA.
