We’re kicking off Belgian Beer Week at Sacchaomyces on Belgian National Day, and there's no better excuse to load the taps with Belgian icons and fire up a food menu straight out of Flanders. We’re celebrating the best way we know how—great beer, hearty food, and a room full of legends.

SBC Belgian Beer Week is our yearly tribute to the wild, wonderful world of Belgian brewing. Why Belgian beer? Because no one else does it like they do. It’s funky, rich, complex, and often stronger than you think. Monks brewing in monasteries. Yeasts doing weird magic in open air. Sour ales, sweet triples, rustic saisons—it’s a culture built on balance, patience, and a touch of madness.
