Mechanical Horse Session with Peggy Douglas BHS APC

If you want to improve your posture, balance and core without thinking about your horses way of going then a mechanical horse session is the perfect idea for you.

These sessions are a great way to improve your general riding or it is possible to focus on young riders, veteran riders, post injury strength sessions and competitive rider sessions.

Please arrive ready to ride at your booked time with hat and clean boots on to enable the sessions to start promptly.
