There is a free car park by the Pavilion building.  

We will be litter picking Church Creek in near St Mary's Church, Benfleet Creek near the station bridge & the brook that runs through the park. We will also be removing the invasive and non-native plant, Himalayan balsam which can erode river banks and choke reed beds preventing a variety of native species of plants to grow. 

If you want to help with the balsam bashing please ensure to bring wellies or waterproof boots with you. 

If it’s a hot day, please wear sunscreen and bring water with you.
