- **Event Description**: We’re looking for 5–10 volunteers to help us unbox, organize, and set up new equipment made possible through our Lilly Scholars Network Lead Forward Community Grant.

This work directly supports The Village Initiative’s Home Reset Initiatives by preparing long-lasting, high-impact items such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, clothing racks, mops, storage racks, and other organizational tools that will be used to offer complimentary cleaning in homes throughout our community.

? What to expect:
• Unboxing and organizing grant-funded supplies
• Light lifting and assembly (as able)
• Labeling and preparing items for future Home Resets

?️ Our climate-controlled storage unit will be 60° or warmer for the duration of this portion of the event.

?️ Volunteers are also encouraged (but not required) to join us afterward for lunch and fellowship and to participate in a South Bend Home Reset Initiative later that afternoon. Please see our related events for full details.

This event will be photographed as part of our grant-funded anniversary documentation.

• Volunteers must be 18+ (minors are not permitted)

• Storage unit number and meeting instructions will be shared with registered volunteers during the week of the event
