- **Event Description**: There will be a field trip at St. Patrick’s County Park the morning of our Rummage Sale. Come for the birds then stay for some shopping. You may want to buy some home baked goods from the barn sale either before or after our walk to fuel up.
We will walk the river trail then around the field with the Osprey stand and come back through the woods. St. Patrick’s County Park is an excellent location for spring migrants.
St. Joseph County Parks has graciously allowed us to have this field trip. They are having activities at the Brown Barn that morning, so they ask us not to use that parking lot. You can either walk down from the Red Barn lot or drive down & park at the lot in front of the Hurwich Shelter. We will meet at the Hurwich Shelter which is the shelter south of the boat launch.
More info will be available at the South Bend-Elkhart Bird Alliance table in the pavilion next to the Red Barn.
