The year of the Fire Horse brings momentum, courage, vitality & renewed life force. This ceremony supports us in meeting that energy from a grounded place by clarifying our needs, reconnecting with Mother Earth & building nervous system resiliency so our power can move with safety, stability & freedom.
The Root Chakra houses our desire to have our basic needs met like survival, safety, and security, and is blocked by fear.
When our root chakra is in balance we have energy to spare, feel secure & have healthy body awareness.
When out of balance we feel lethargic, exhausted, anxious & are resistant to change.
🤎 To help us open to the inner Self, we will be praying with an ancient and powerful plant medicine, Cacao.
Cacao assists us in melting away the rigid, harsh walls we put up when we’re afraid, and opens our heart’s to receive more joy, love, pleasure, and fun.
She invites us not to take life so seriously, and is similar to taking a “big breath of fresh air” when we feel stressed or overwhelmed by life.
Cacao makes a fantastic natural antidepressant because She releases dopamine, the body’s “feel good” molecule”, and Boston will offer helpful insight as to how you can make Cacao a part of your daily life.
🌀 We will be tending to our inner condition and receive healing through these following practices: Prayer at the Altar, Shamanic Journeying, and Community Connection Exercises.
