Artist Talk: Avin HannahSmith

Avin HannahSmith will discuss his artistic career through transitional periods from his Afro-Alien universe commentary to his spiritual, meditative vibrations of post-memory, collective consciousness, and color theory. His work examines what it means to dissect generational trauma and transmute that energy into forward mobility in the form of acceptance. Long-lasting healing is at the forefront of his current works in new and conventional media.
