Group Sound Bath

Join me for an evening of deep relaxation and energetic renewal at the Nature At The Confluence, Thursday December 4th, 6–7 PM.
Allow the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle vibration to help melt away stress, calm the mind, and restore balance. ✨
What to Bring:
🧘 A yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
💧 Optional: pillow and water bottle
👕 Wear loose, comfortable clothing
🌿 Recommended for ages 13+
The session begins promptly at 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
