Its name reflects a time when communities prepared for the colder months ahead, gathering resources and preparing for the changing season.Just as nature begins to slow down and prepare for winter, this full moon offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect on what we wish to carry forward and what we are ready to release.Throughout the evening, Becca will share the history and seasonal significance of the Hunter's Moon, weaving its symbolism into a mindful and restorative yoga experience. An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and honor the natural rhythms of life.Come as you are, and allow yourself the time and space to simply be.All levels are welcome. No previous experience with Moon Salutations is necessary.
