Her singing journey has taken her from opera to pop and everything in between but it was her growing connection to the deeper power of the voice that led her down a new path. Beyond performance, Loretta discovered that the voice is not just a tool for artistic expression, but a powerful instrument for healing, connection, and restoration. Through her studio, Studio Lala, she mentors singers of all ages while exploring the profound intersection of sound, breath, and wellbeing. Now, she brings that passion to you through immersive sound healing experiences that nurture emotional balance, stillness, and renewal.

Why sound healing?

In our busy, overstimulated lives, we rarely give ourselves true permission to pause. Sound healing offers a chance to do just that. The resonant tones of sound bowls and the human voice work together to slow the mind, ease tension in the body, and guide you into a state of deep rest. The benefits can include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, release of emotional and physical tension, and a renewed sense of calm and clarity. Think of it as a reset for your nervous system, no experience necessary, just a willingness to lie back and let the sound wash over you.

What to bring
