This is an online class offering through the Zoom platform. Students must register for this class through our website at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time. 30 Minutes Prior to the beginning of class you will be sent an email invitation to join the "meeting", click the link provided and you will be brought to class!

This online class is for continuing yoga students who wish to challenge their stamina, strength and flexibility. This practice will generally flow from posture to posture, following various intelligent sequences, maintain breath awareness and occasionally use props. Many variations of the postures as well as precise alignment cues coax the student to mindfully move into more challenging postures including inversions, and back bends with an emphasis on personal choice and safety.
